A&D Foods Freezer Expansion

This project included a 43′ tall, 58,333 SF freezer expansion, featuring 12 new dock positions and an addition of a 2-story, 4,000 SF office space. The freezer space is capable of temperatures as low as -20° and the dock area operates between 35°-40° degrees. The Griffco team overcame many challenges throughout the project, including receiving more than 30 inches of rain in a 60-day period.
