NAIOP‘s first-ever I.CON Cold Storage Conference kicked off with a tour of Saxum Real Estate‘s Atlanta Cold Storage Campus. This campus includes 495,000 total SF across two buildings, with Building 1 including 306,402 SF and 46 dock positions and Building 2 including 188,455 SF and 36 dock positions.
