We are excited to be Saxum Real Estate’s design/build contractor on its Greenfield freezer project outside Atlanta, Georgia. The campus will include two cold storage buildings totaling more than 495,000 SF. The buildings will have convertible storage rooms that can alternate between -10 and 35 degrees, and a two-story office space. We will be breaking ground in Spring 2022 and expect the building to be completed by mid-2023.
